Katrin von Balluseck has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in family law matters. Her practice focuses on financially complex divisions of assets and on advice regarding prenuptial agreements and separation and divorce settlement agreements.
She also advises employers and employees, mainly on individual employment law. Following her tenure as Presiding Judge of a Chamber for Commercial Matters, she has practised as a lawyer in family and employment law for more than 25 years. Katrin von Balluseck advises in German and English.
